1. Service

Sway presents a short pause and built-in behavioral strategies before an app you selected opens. It supports self-management but does not guarantee a behavior change, productivity result, or complete blocking. Sway is not medical, mental-health, financial, or emergency advice.

2. Permissions and responsibility

Automatic pauses require your consent and activation of Sway's Accessibility Service. You can disable it in Android Settings at any time. Sway does not request Android Usage Access. You are responsible for your device and decisions made with Sway.

3. Free and Sway Plus

Free provides one protected app, unlimited automatic pauses, a locally adaptive 3–8 second pause, basic on-device personalization, and a current-week summary. Sway Plus unlocks additional protected apps, day-and-time schedules, longer history, weekly reports, and detailed protection rules available in the purchased app version.

4. Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation

Sway Plus is offered as a monthly or annual subscription through Google Play. The exact price, billing period, any trial, and renewal terms are shown by Google Play before you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Google Play before the next renewal. Canceling stops future renewal; access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Google Play handles payment, cancellation, and refund requests under its rules and applicable consumer law. Sway may verify purchase status with Google Play and may suspend Plus access when a subscription expires, is refunded, is revoked, or enters an ineligible billing state.

5. Acceptable use and rights

You may not bypass security controls, distribute malware, use Sway unlawfully, or copy or resell it without permission, except where law permits. Rights in the app, design, and brand belong to 김성곤 or the relevant rights holder. The app may change or be discontinued for security, compatibility, or policy reasons.

6. Liability and contact

To the extent permitted by mandatory law, Sway is provided without a guarantee of a specific behavioral result. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. You may stop using Sway by uninstalling it. Governing law and jurisdiction are the laws of the Republic of Korea and the courts of Seoul, subject to mandatory consumer law.
